I really craved for some Bak Kut Teh yesterday- but since we only had chicken drumsticks left in the fridge, I improvised the recipe and came up with this for dinner:

Chickuteh!

Served with stir fried pak choi and mushrooms, served with butter garlic rice and you have something close to home: :D

Now all that is missing is the you char kway- which I have no idea how to make yet.
