It doesn’t look very appetising, but sure is delicious!

What you’ll need:

Mung beans, soaked in water for 2-3 hours, sago pearls soaked in water, rock sugar and pandan leaves.

Bring to a boil, cool down and keep in the fridge overnight. The following morning you will find that the sago pearls have become semi-solids and gives the dessert a nice pudding texture.

Serve with cream or just enjoy as it is!
