Found a great cut of pork at Waitrose on Saturday. It was labelled “forgotten cuts-neck of pork”. We are never one to back off from irregular cuts of meat so decided to roast some pork for lunch today.

Liberally rubbed with rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper, and red wine, the neck of pork did not dissappoint us!

Served with homemade apple sauce, flavoured cous-cous and steamed vegetables, this was a Sunday lunch worth waiting for!
