The secret of this dish lies in the marinade. Sprinkle some steak seasoning, a pinch of sugar and salt, black pepper and some teriyaki sauce over the pork steaks….IMG_4587 before frying them over low heat on a non-stick pan. Just before they are done, sprinkle some rosemary on both sides and continue to cook until done. To ensure a succulent bite remember not to overcook the pork.

New potatoes are easy to cook- just give them a good scrub, boil in salted water for 15- 20 minutes and season with olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper and a dash of coriander seasoning.

I also fried some sugar coated peanuts for added flavour.

The rambling continues

The small city miracle has been rambling in London for over a year! After she got hitched in spring 2009, She continues to ramble on matters revolving around her, including music, food and drink, books and of course her ongoing quest to make it big in the land of fish and chips!
