The secret of this dish lies in the marinade. Sprinkle some steak seasoning, a pinch of sugar and salt, black pepper and some teriyaki sauce over the pork steaks….
before frying them over low heat on a non-stick pan. Just before they are done, sprinkle some rosemary on both sides and continue to cook until done. To ensure a succulent bite remember not to overcook the pork.
New potatoes are easy to cook- just give them a good scrub, boil in salted water for 15- 20 minutes and season with olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper and a dash of coriander seasoning.
I also fried some sugar coated peanuts for added flavour.
