Fish is quick and easy to cook. I like my fish with a bit of a kick and hence rubbed all purpose frying seasoning over the fish. It contains kunyit, salt and pepper and other spices which you can buy from most good asian grocery shops.
For our daily dose of 5 a day I stir fried green beans with belacan sauce. Added some deep fried ikan bilis (anchovies) for added flavour.
