My version of welsh rarebit-with a lot less cheese and other goodies

Als0 known as the humble cheese on toast which I first encountered almost 9 years ago as a student in England. I glammed the original version by adding chorizo, fresh basil leaves and also smoked salmon trimmings.

Absolutely delish!

Little Venice and some pictures from St James’ park

You know how you usually take things for granted when they are right around the corner?

Well thats pretty much what happened to me over the last year. Never really paid the open spaces in London much attention.

For the last 2 weeks, we went to Little Venice and also St James Park…
