This picture is way overdue, but better late than never! I will always remember my flirty birthday surprise, courtesy of hubby!
Refillable sandwiches, scones, and an assortment of dainty pastries. I felt like I was transported into Victorian times. Amazing atmosphere and I would highly recommend this tea room to anyone who wants a long, leisurely afternoon with their friends.
The small city miracle rambled in London for a good three years and then decided that a stone town had more to offer, and moved to Stamford! She loves life, music, the occassional gossip, food, arts and craft, fashion, books and of course, the quirkiness of this city. And of course, she is still trying to make it big in the land of fish and chips!
Life is truly worth living when you can see the silver lining ~

Hehe, it was a surprise so I didn’t know we were going for high tea. Was a good thing hubs told me to dress up or else I would feel out of place there!
Tea is rather pricey- but the upside is you get unlimited refills on your pastries, sarnies and scones, also there is no limit on the length of time you can stay there, so I thought it was value for money. There are other posh hotels which offer afternoon tea, but apparently Browns is the most traditional establishment in London. I just love the silverware. Its blinding!
